NIGHTLY RENTAL RATES - 2 night minimum; must be within 30 days of stay during prime time (weeks highlighted green)
Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 20% of weekly rate per night
Friday/Saturday: 25% of weekly rate per night
