At Timberlane Resort, all summer rates include full use of all resort activities such as heated outdoor pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), tennis, outdoor shuffleboard, hiking trails, volleyball, basketball, paddle-boats, corn-hole, canoe, and game room with arcade games. The Bears Den Golf Course is located right at the resort and the Lodge is stocked with arcade games, video games, TV, snack bar, pool tables and dart board and a full bar.

Our cabins/condos are fully equipped with kitchens with appliances, Crockpot, fireplaces, microwaves, TV and WiFi, air conditioning, and Jacuzzi tubs in select Condos (15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21). All units include a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. We provide all bed linens and towels for bathroom, kitchen and beach.

• All telephone reservations held for five days while awaiting deposit.
• You are responsible for the entire stay that you have booked
• All resort guests must be registered at the office and registration is Non-Transferable.
• In case of cancellation, the policy is as follows: 60 Days or More - Full Refund minus $75 Service Charge, 30-60 Days - 50% Refund Minus Service charge of $75, Less than 30 days - No Refund
• No camping available. No tents, or camper trailers please.
• No Pets.
• Please allow us the necessary time to prepare your cabin for you by observing the 4PM check-in time.
• 30% discount for 7+ night reservations (automatically applied at booking).
